Challenge

Kronos needed to modernize their CI/CD practices and build organizational momentum for Kubernetes adoption across a global development organization. The challenge was threefold: mapping their existing pipeline to cloud-native tooling, establishing best practices that teams could actually adopt, and doing this at scale across a large virtual audience.

Approach

Analyzed Kronos’s existing CI/CD pipeline in advance and used that mapping as the workshop’s backbone — so the session felt directly relevant rather than generic. Delivered GCP-native recommendations grounded in their current reality, not a blank-slate redesign.

The session was designed for engagement at scale: 45 virtual attendees across different technical backgrounds, covering pipeline design, best practices, and practical Kubernetes adoption patterns. Interactive format, relevant examples, real questions answered in depth.

Results

Strong attendance and engagement — 45 virtual attendees, active questions throughout. The team left with concrete pipeline mappings and a shared understanding of Kubernetes best practices. The account team reported genuine organizational excitement for Kubernetes adoption following the session.
